Cancellation Policy

Consultation & Deposit Policy: A £50 deposit is required to secure all consultation appointments. This deposit is fully redeemable against treatment should you proceed with a procedure at the clinic. Please note that all patients are required to undergo a medical consultation and assessment prior to treatment. This is to ensure clinical suitability, informed consent, medical safety, and appropriate treatment planning in line with professional aesthetic medicine standards and UK healthcare regulations. It is not specifically a GDPR requirement. In some cases, treatment may be carried out on the same day as the consultation where clinically appropriate. However, Dr Aguilera and the clinical team reserve the right to recommend a cooling-off period before proceeding. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy : We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any charge, and your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or non-attendance will result in the £50 deposit being non-refundable. This policy allows us to allocate appointment time fairly to other patients awaiting consultations and treatment. Late Arrivals : Patients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or may need to be rescheduled depending on clinic availability. In some circumstances, late arrivals may be treated as a missed appointment. Treatment Eligibility : All treatments are subject to medical suitability and professional assessment. A booking does not guarantee treatment will be carried out. Dr Aguilera and the clinical team reserve the right to decline treatment where it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the patient’s best interests. Refund Policy: Deposits and treatment fees are non-refundable once a treatment has been carried out. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind after treatment. Patient Information & Privacy : Patient information and medical records are handled confidentially in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection legislation. Sensitive medical information is securely stored and only used for clinical and administrative purposes.
